How to recover from Arthritis?

Arthritis is a very common problem for elderly. It is the inflammation of one or more joints. A person will have painful joints, swelling and stiffness which make movement difficult.

The most common two type of arthritis are Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis.

Osteoarthritis is caused by the worn down cartilage of the affected joint. As a result, the bone no longer have any protection and they start to rub against each other.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic autoimmune disease which attack the tissue membrane that lines the cavity between joints and secretes a lubricating fluid.

B Complex

Lecithin

Vitamin C &
Bioflavonois - Aids in pain relief.
