How to lose weight without suffering?

Many people want to lose weight but yet want it the easy way. Therefore many start to take diet replacement meals, carbohydrate blocker, etc. But ask your self, does it really works?

My answer is YES but the moment you stop taking , your weight comes back again.

How can one lose weight without suffering?
There are 3 forms of nutrients that we needed to convert to energy.
i) Carbohydrates
ii) Fats
iii) Protein

Carbohydrates take about 2 hours to digest fully. Example: If you are ate a plate of fried rice for lunch, by the time it reach 3pm, you feel hungry again. And during these period, if you cannot use up the energy, it will be converted and stored as fat.

Fats on the other hand will take about 3-4 hours to digest fully therefore compare to carbohydrate, your energy level will last longer.

Protein is among all the best source of energy as it will take 6hours and more to digest fully. That's why if you eat a huge steak, you will not feel hungry for a long time.

Tips on dieting :
1) Cut down on carbohydrate intake. Food like White Polished Rice, Noodles and mee can be reduced and possible avoided. Replace your carbohydrate source from fresh fruits and vegetable.

2) Take high protein but low fat food.

3) Stop Snacking.

4) Eat lesser per meal but increase the numbers of meals to keep the metabolism high at all times.

5) Do simple execise at least twice a week for 20mins.

6) Drink more water.

Not all Salmon Omega3 are safe to consume

Salmon Omega3 is one great products.
They are good for people suffering from :-
1) Hypertension
2) Heart Problem
3) Diabetes
4) Sweaty palm
5) Coldness in hands and feet.

There are a lot of different brands in the market but not all of them are safe to consume. There was a research and testing done in Hong Kong, the result show that there is more than 80% of the Salmon Omega3 which are not pure Salmon Omega and some of them are not safe to consume.

In another word, your baby will be small and weak if you are lack of nutrient because your body will create a baby that can live in your living environment and condition. So if you want your baby to look pretty or handsome when they grow up, take good care of your body at least the last 6 months of your pregnancy.

Also if you take care of yourself during pregnancy, your baby will be easier to take care. They will not scream and cry for no reason especially middle of the night. I have personally experience this with my friend's baby. His wife has been eating well during pregnancy, their baby look great, very beautiful skin and most important it will not cry during middle of the night for no reason.

Most women during pregnancy will experience loss of appetite and vomiting.
This is pretty common but it can be prevent or reduce if you know what cause it.
Because during pregnancy, the body will start to accumulate toxic and if your body cannot detox fully, the mother will start to detox through vomiting.

What should you do?
1) Reduce the toxic intake - avoid smoking, alcohol, deep fried & oily food, process food and "Junk" food.
2) Strengthen and lessen the load for your Liver - Vitamins like B-complex, C Bioflavonois and Garlic & Licorice are important.
3) Help your liver to repair better - Protein and adequate Sleep are important.
4) Drink at least 8 glass of water a day.

A lot of mother like to eat sour stuff so they will not vomit. One piece of advise, please avoid all these preserved sour "junk" food. They are not healthy for the baby. If you really have to vomit, let it be. Your body is helping you, they are trying to detox so you will not be keeping to much toxic in the body.

There is 3 stages in pregnancy :-
1) Early Stage (1st -3rd mth)
2) Mid Stage (4-6th mth)
3) Final Stage (7 - 10th mth)
At different stage, your body will require a different level of nutrition.

Early Stage
During this stage, you will need nutrient that are good for the DNA & Brain development of the baby.
Supplement like Protein , Vitamin B-complex, Vitamin C & Bioflavonois, Calcium Magnesium, Iron-folic are important.

Avoid eating to 100% full during pregnancy , this will increase the load of your digestive system especially the liver. I would suggest eat less and more meal. 60% - 70% full is a good guideline.

Mid Stage
This is a very important stage, the development of the baby is the fastest. The bones and many part of the baby start to form and develop.
All the supplement mention above is a MUST. On top of that, please include Beta-Carotene.
Protein, Vitamin B-complex and Calcium Magnesium 's dosage should also increase.

During this stage, avoid eating hot spicy food and drinking alcohol & thick tea. Drink more water.

Final Stage
Make sure you have enough Iron and Vitamin C in your body to prepare for after birth as you will experience a loss of blood.

Before delivering
people with little water in their water bag can drink 1.5 - 2 Litres of Water 2 Hours before giving birth.

Daily Good Diet Habit

1) Have a cup of Plain Water at room temperature every morning right after washing up. (it's good for the intestine, people with weak stomach should also practice this)

2) For people with weak stomach , add a bit of apple vinegar to your breakfast.

3) Try to have only one type of meat per meal.. Do not mix the meat especially Beef with pork. Beef and pork in the stomach will result toxic in the body.

6) Sweet Stuff
This is pretty obvious. Sugar will increase the risk of getting heart related problem like hypertension and diabetes.

7) Animal Intestine
These food are usually high in cholesterol. They are especially harmful for elderly who is already suffering from heart - Atherosclerosis , hypertension, diabetes and heart attack.

8) Animal Blood
These are very good food for elderly but they cannot eat too often. once or twice a week is more than enough because these food contain high cholesterol.

9) Convenience food
These are food like cakes, instant noodles, etc. They are usually do not have much nutrition value.

10) Expired food
Elderly tend to have a tenancy to keep the food and sometime they have already expired for a few days but they will still eat it see that it is still OK. These are bad habit that they should change.

How to recover from insomnia?

There are many factors which a person can't sleep at night (insomnia) - Stress, depression, worry, illness, pollution, age, nutrition, over-weight, etc...

And this is very common for females and working adults. I would like to share with all readers something i feel very very useful and it help me sleep better at night too.

1) Stop eating anything 4hr before sleeping

2) Don't drink a huge glass of water before sleeping, if need, half a glass is better.

3) Drink a cup of milk if you want.

4) Take 4 tablets or Vitamin B complex and 6 tablets of Calcium Magnesium. And go to sleep immediately and you will have a good sleep till morning. Note: : Pls do not still walk around, do your work or watch TV after taking it, you will find yourself very very energetic after 30 mins if you don't sleep.

Note: Avoid using Sleeping Pill, it does more harm to your body. Although you can sleep after taking it, but your body cannot fully repair the damaged cell. So it is BAD....
