It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven a its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers.
For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases: Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure - 30 days
2. Gastric - 10 days
3. Diabetes - 30 days
4. Constipation - 10 days
5. Cancer - 180 days
6. TB - 90 days
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times. It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer.
If required , it is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks:
Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting.

Your Urine Color tell your Health Status
What is Urine?
Urine consists of water and dissolved waste material from what you have been drinking and eating. It also includes dead blood cells and other material the body wants to eliminate.
The kidneys process the blood plasma, allowing water, sugars, vitamins, amino acids and other vital substances back into the bloodstream. They eliminate excess water, salts and minerals, as well as urea from protein digestion, uric acid, creatinine from muscle breakdown, hormone waste and toxins. Also eliminated is urochrome, which is a yellow pigment that comes from the processing of dead blood cells in the liver.
The urochrome gives the urine a pale yellow color, which is its normal color.
Since the normal color of urine is pale yellow, variations can be an indication of health problems or be the result of certain foods that have been eaten.
Clear urine
If a person has been drinking an excess of water or diuretics such as coffee or beer, the urine may have little or no color. Typically, it is nothing to worry about if it happens occasionally.
Excess sweating could result in the urine becoming a deeper yellow. Also, it is a sign that you have not been drinking enough liquids.
Dark yellow urine
Liver problems or jaundice can cause the urine to become consistently a dark yellow color. Be sure you have been drinking enough fluids before jumping to conclusions.
Orange urine
People who eat too many carrots--like from a juicer--may see orange urine. Also, too much Vitamin C can turn the urine orange.
Brown urine
Brown urine can an indication of a serious condition. It could be caused by liver disease, hepatitis, melanoma cancer, or copper poisoning. Other symptoms from those ailments should also be considered as indicators. But note that if you had recently eaten fava beans or taken a laxative, your urine also could turn brown.
Greenish urine
A urinary tract infection, bile problems and certain drugs can cause the urine to turn greenish. A brighter green color is an indication of an excess of B vitamins.
Blue urine
Urine with a bluish tint can be caused by a psuedomonas bacterial infection. It can also be an indication of high levels of calcium.
Red urine
There are a number of things that can cause the urine to have a red tint.
A small amount of blood in the urine can give it a red tint. Sometimes droplets of blood are seen. A bladder infection, kidney stones or bladder stones can result in urine with red in it. Also, a slight injury to the bladder or kidney can result in bleeding into the urine. Some professional boxers have been known to pass blood in their urine after a fight.
If you see what looks like blood in your urine, it is a good idea to go to the doctor to check the condition.
Food
Eating beets can result in reddish-purple urine.
Acidic urine will turn red after eating blackberries. Alkaline urine will look reddish after eating rhubarb. Whether your urine is acidic or alkaline is usually determined by other foods you have eaten.
Candy or pills with a dye can temporarily turn the urine red.
Posion
Lead or mercury poisoning can turn the urine reddish. If you suspect you have ingested and have been handling those toxic metals, and your urine is red, you should see your physician.

How to lose weight without suffering?
Many people want to lose weight but yet want it the easy way. Therefore many start to take diet replacement meals, carbohydrate blocker, etc. But ask your self, does it really works?
My answer is YES but the moment you stop taking , your weight comes back again.
How can one lose weight without suffering?
There are 3 forms of nutrients that we needed to convert to energy.
i) Carbohydrates
ii) Fats
iii) Protein
Carbohydrates take about 2 hours to digest fully. Example: If you are ate a plate of fried rice for lunch, by the time it reach 3pm, you feel hungry again. And during these period, if you cannot use up the energy, it will be converted and stored as fat.
Fats on the other hand will take about 3-4 hours to digest fully therefore compare to carbohydrate, your energy level will last longer.
Protein is among all the best source of energy as it will take 6hours and more to digest fully. That's why if you eat a huge steak, you will not feel hungry for a long time.
Tips on dieting :
1) Cut down on carbohydrate intake. Food like White Polished Rice, Noodles and mee can be reduced and possible avoided. Replace your carbohydrate source from fresh fruits and vegetable.
2) Take high protein but low fat food.
3) Stop Snacking.
4) Eat lesser per meal but increase the numbers of meals to keep the metabolism high at all times.
5) Do simple execise at least twice a week for 20mins.
6) Drink more water.

Not all Salmon Omega3 are safe to consume
They are good for people suffering from :-

There are a lot of different brands in the market but not all of them are safe to consume. There was a research and testing done in Hong Kong, the result show that there is more than 80% of the Salmon Omega3 which are not pure Salmon Omega and some of them are not safe to consume.
Why?
The best Salmon are being harvested in Europe. And because to control the balance of the habitat and the pollution done by the fishing boat, the country has controlled when and who to fish. There are only a few companies license to fish these Salmon.
Because the amount of salmon are limited, many company outside cannot afford to use 100% pure Salmon Omega3, they will mix it with Soya Omega3.

Nutrition for Pregnancy
Nutrition is very important during pregnancy.
If you know how to take care of it, you will not only experience a smoother and more comfortable process but also you will have a healthy and beautiful baby.
The complexion, health and the build of your children depend on how you take care of your body during pregnancy. They will program their DNA according to the nutrient you take in. In another word, your baby will be small and weak if you are lack of nutrient because your body will create a baby that can live in your living environment and condition. So if you want your baby to look pretty or handsome when they grow up, take good care of your body at least the last 6 months of your pregnancy.
Also if you take care of yourself during pregnancy, your baby will be easier to take care. They will not scream and cry for no reason especially middle of the night. I have personally experience this with my friend's baby. His wife has been eating well during pregnancy, their baby look great, very beautiful skin and most important it will not cry during middle of the night for no reason.
Most women during pregnancy will experience loss of appetite and vomiting.
This is pretty common but it can be prevent or reduce if you know what cause it.
Because during pregnancy, the body will start to accumulate toxic and if your body cannot detox fully, the mother will start to detox through vomiting.
What should you do?
1) Reduce the toxic intake - avoid smoking, alcohol, deep fried & oily food, process food and "Junk" food.
2) Strengthen and lessen the load for your Liver - Vitamins like B-complex, C Bioflavonois and Garlic & Licorice are important.
3) Help your liver to repair better - Protein and adequate Sleep are important.
4) Drink at least 8 glass of water a day.

Supplement like Protein , Vitamin B-complex, Vitamin C & Bioflavonois, Calcium Magnesium, Iron-folic are important.
Avoid eating to 100% full during pregnancy , this will increase the load of your digestive system especially the liver. I would suggest eat less and more meal. 60% - 70% full is a good guideline.
Mid Stage
This is a very important stage, the development of the baby is the fastest. The bones and many part of the baby start to form and develop.
All the supplement mention above is a MUST. On top of that, please include Beta-Carotene.
Protein, Vitamin B-complex and Calcium Magnesium 's dosage should also increase.
During this stage, avoid eating hot spicy food and drinking alcohol & thick tea. Drink more water.
Final Stage
Make sure you have enough Iron and Vitamin C in your body to prepare for after birth as you will experience a loss of blood.
Before delivering
people with little water in their water bag can drink 1.5 - 2 Litres of Water 2 Hours before giving birth.

Daily Good Diet Habit
1) Have a cup of Plain Water at room temperature every morning right after washing up. (it's good for the intestine, people with weak stomach should also practice this)
2) For people with weak stomach , add a bit of apple vinegar to your breakfast.
3) Try to have only one type of meat per meal.. Do not mix the meat especially Beef with pork. Beef and pork in the stomach will result toxic in the body.
4) Drink soup before the meal. Avoid drinking soup during or after meal.
5) Chew the food fully. At least 50 time before swallowing.

Office Executive usually have to stare at the computer for more than 4 hours a day.
Therefore eye care is very important for these people. If the person is lack of water and vitamin, it will affect the health of the eye and the will reduce the body resistance to radiation produced by the computer.
Rest your eye for at least 10min for every 1 hour staring at the computer..
For Food Wise :-
Have a good breakfast , have an eggs and a glass of fresh milk every morning.
A good breakfast will give you the energy all day.
During lunch time, take high protein but less fat and carbohydrate meal.
Food like lean meat. lamb, beef, chicken, duck, animal intestine, fish and beans are good food for lunch.

Reduce the intake of fats and protein rich food.

How to recover from insomnia?
There are many factors which a person can't sleep at night (insomnia) - Stress, depression, worry, illness, pollution, age, nutrition, over-weight, etc...
And this is very common for females and working adults. I would like to share with all readers something i feel very very useful and it help me sleep better at night too.
1) Stop eating anything 4hr before sleeping
2) Don't drink a huge glass of water before sleeping, if need, half a glass is better.
3) Drink a cup of milk if you want.
4) Take 4 tablets or Vitamin B complex and 6 tablets of Calcium Magnesium. And go to sleep immediately and you will have a good sleep till morning. Note: : Pls do not still walk around, do your work or watch TV after taking it, you will find yourself very very energetic after 30 mins if you don't sleep.
Note: Avoid using Sleeping Pill, it does more harm to your body. Although you can sleep after taking it, but your body cannot fully repair the damaged cell. So it is BAD....

How to recover from High Blood Pressure?
What is high blood pressure?
High blood pressure is meant to save you.... do you know?
What doctor say?
They will say that you have to be on medication for the rest of your life?
Why?
A simple reason is that the medicine only help you to lower your pressure but it did not solve the root cause of your high blood pressure.
What cause high blood pressure?
There is two main cause of high blood pressure , one of it is :
There are more than 22 amino acid required in our body. When vitamin B6 supply is not enough in our body, there is a few amino acid be affected. They cannot break-down and form into a co-nutrients that the body can use.
With the lack of B6, the amino acid will turn into some other substance. and this substance will affect the function of pancreas.
So at first, the pancreas will produce a lot of insulin. As we know. Insulin main job is to control the blood glucose from the blood to the cell. So when there is too much Insulin, too much glucose will be used up too quickly and it will cause us to get hungry easily.
But as time pass, the ingredient used to produce the insulin will become deplete. As a result, the production of the insulin reduce causing the blood glucose to thicken. And as blood thicken, the blood flow slow down.
The other cause is :
When you are lack of Vitamin C and Calcium Magnesium. Your arteries and veins are will start to lose it's elastic and forming a 'U' shape instead of straight. This cause the blood flow to slow down.
But ...
The body will never allow the blood flow to slow down as different part of the body require the supply of fresh blood for nutrients and detox. So what the body does. It increase the blood flow.
But guess what ? what did most of us and the doctors do? We take medication to lower it.
But for most of us, we cannot don't take the medication because if we are lack of calcium-mag and vitamin C, our vein will become quite brittle and when the blood pressure rise to 180 and above. The veins might bust causing internal blooding and sometime death.
So what should we do?
For those who are under medication, pls continue as doctor instructed.

After another week or so, when the blood pressure still remain stable. You can stop the medication given by the doctor. Monitor closely.
After 1 month and your blood pressure still remain normal.
Congratulation!!! You have gain your health Back.
You may start to cut down the amount of vitamins you take to maintain your body.
Remember, you should still do your blood pressure check regular - at least twice a day. And if anytime your blood pressure went back up, take 1/2 tablet of the doctor prescript medicine first and monitor on it.
